電子商務的蓬勃發展衍伸了許多新型商業模式，免費增值模式中的訂閱制為有名的模式之一。許多傳統服務甚至電商及軟體服務中都增加了訂閱制，其中Youtube為本研究所要探討的個案。為了有效瞭解Youtube 免費使用及付費訂閱使用對使用者之間持續使用意圖之影響性，本研究個別開發針對兩種族群使用者之問卷，透過問卷來測量整體體驗之量表以及影響持續使用意圖的程度。本研究採用問卷調查法，透過蒐集免費使用及付費使用對於Youtube 及Youtube Premium使用之整體體驗、使用意圖以及文獻資料，整合過去學者研究的議題為基礎理論進行研究，針對Youtube及Youtube Premium使用者的整體體驗
進行問卷調查，希望能透過本研究了解（1）影響使用者持續使用Youtube平台的關鍵因素（2）Youtube Premium使用者中影響持續使用意圖最重要的因素為何（3）普通使用及訂閱使用者的在意之關鍵因素是否相同，以作為企業及後續研究者的參考。本研究透過網路問卷的方式進行資料搜集，共回收759份問卷，其中728份有效問卷，並採用SmartPLS 3進行資料分析。分析結果發現：普通使用者持續使用意圖會受績效預期、習慣、功能、服務品質等因素影響，其中績效預期影響最大，但享樂動機及干擾性皆不顯著影響;訂閱使用者持續使用意圖會受績效預期、價格價值、習慣、功能、服務品質等因素影響，其中價格價值影響最大，
享樂動機不顯著影響。上述結果可作為與Youtube及Youtube Premium相似背景主題的研究作為參考依據，也提供企業方作為有效的指標，並為Youtube Premium提供了有效的研究論證。

在以往網路尚未發達的年代，人們只能在電視機前觀看自己所喜歡的節目，或是到影帶出租店選擇想看的媒體節目。直到近幾年，網路4G快速的發展，2016年全球最大的串流影音平台Netflix進軍台灣市場，隨後各家的串流影音平台如雨後春筍般的出現，並開始瓜分市場。2021年Disney+在台上線之後，各家的影音平台使用者介面，開始提供各種多元的功能及服務，使用者可以選擇任何想看的節目，不受時間的限制。在這樣的時代背景下，本研究結合「資訊系統持續使用模式」與「期望確認理論」為基礎來設計問卷，選定年輕族群（20歲以上～未滿40歲）進行研究調查，以探討年輕族群對於付費串流影音平台的持續使用意向。本研究以「方便
取樣」方式，選取年輕族群做為研究對象，總共取得有效問卷188份。透過SPSS統計工具，進行皮爾森相關分析及迴歸分析，以探討各個構面之間的相互影響關係。運用ANOVA差異分析，以探討不同背景的受訪者，在各個構面是否存在顯著差異？本研究結果顯示：(1)大部分的受訪者在選擇付費串流影音平台時，會重視品牌形象。(2)大部分的受訪者在體驗付費串流影音平台之後，會感到滿意。(3)大部分的受訪者在體驗付費串流影音平台之後，會有持續使用的意願。(4)影響使用者對於付費串流影音平台持續使用意向的“直接因素”是：體驗價值、期望確認程度、使用者滿意度。影響持續使用意向的“間接因素”則是：內容品質、服務品質、品牌形象
。(5)不同背景的受訪者，對於內容品質、服務品質、品牌形象、體驗價值、期望確認程度、使用者滿意度、持續使用意向等構面，有部分存在顯著差異。本研究成果，將可以提供相關企業商家等，瞭解年輕族群對於付費串流影音平台的持續使用意向，並可以提供做為後續學術研究之參考。
